Overview
In this role, you will contribute to scaling Lendable’s D2C marketing by producing high‑volume static and motion creative that aligns with our brand. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to drive effective digital campaigns across channels and learn to apply insights to creative testing. You’ll help maintain brand coherence while exploring AI-assisted tools to speed up production. This is a hands‑on design role with room to grow into deeper expertise in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities
- Create and iterate static and motion ad creative for paid channels (primarily Meta) within brand guidelines
- Produce lifecycle communications (emails, direct mailers, card carriers)
- Translate ideas into scalable creative variations to support testing and learning
- Lead design QA before launch, ensuring regulatory text accuracy and proper exports
- Collaborate with marketing, product managers, and stakeholders to define goals, visual themes, and messaging
- Contribute to creative direction and experimentation to improve outcomes
- Work within marketing templates/systems and align with product design when needed
- Explore and adopt AI tools to enhance speed and quality of work
Key requirements
- 3+ years design experience, preferably in marketing/advertising
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
- Experience delivering high‑performing designs at volume for digital marketing (email, ads, mailers, social)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Maintain a consistent visual language across materials for brand coherence
- Customer-centric mindset

- Able to iterate and execute rather than aiming for perfection from day one
- Motion graphic skills (desirable)
