Corporate Lawyer – 3-5 PQE – Swindon – Hybrid

Overview

As a 3-5 PQE Corporate Lawyer, you will join the Swindon-based Business Team to handle corporate and commercial work across IT, technology, and life sciences. You will manage a varied caseload, support senior lawyers, and contribute to client relationships and business development. The role offers progression, mentoring, and a collaborative, forward‑thinking culture in a growing team. You will shape transactional work from acquisitions to governance and help drive the firm’s corporate practice forward.

Responsibilities

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Management buyouts and founder exits
• Shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
• Early stage to private equity investments
• Group reorganisations and governance matters
• Partnership agreements
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions
• Managing your own caseload and delegated work
• Contributing to business development and building new client relationships

Key requirements

• 3-5 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Experience gained within a corporate or commercial law firm
• Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing a varied caseload in a fast paced environment
• Strong communicator with excellent client facing skills
• Commercially aware, proactive and solutions focused
• Ideally, experience or exposure to M&A and private equity work
