Overview
In this Plymouth-based role you will join a national real estate practice to handle high-value, complex property matters. You will run transactions end-to-end, provide technical and commercial advice, and nurture key client relationships as part of a collaborative, growth-focused team. You’ll contribute to expanding the Southwest presence while mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to progress within a supportive culture at a busy, top-tier firm serving major clients.

Responsibilities
- Run transactions from start to finish
- Provide high quality technical and commercial advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support development of the local market presence
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Extensive experience in high quality real estate work
- Confident advising landlords and/or tenants on property portfolios
- Ideally experience in real estate finance
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent networking and client development abilities
