Overview

You will join a respected Leeds-based commercial law firm to support its Banking & Finance practice. In this role you help advise on a diverse range of financing transactions and lending matters as the team expands in Leeds. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional group to deliver high-quality banking advice to corporate clients, across bilateral and syndicated facilities. This is a growth-focused opportunity with clear progression potential in a well-regarded regional firm.

Responsibilities

• advising on a broad range of Banking and Finance matters
• assist across corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, and real estate finance
• support project finance and invoice discounting work
• contribute to bilateral and syndicated facilities
• engage with clients and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate advice

Key requirements

• NQ–2 PQE solicitor
• at least one banking seat during training or equivalent experience
• demonstrated experience advising on Banking and Finance matters
