Data Privacy Lead – EMEA Firmwide Privacy Office

Overview

As Data Privacy Lead within the Firmwide Chief Data Office, you will help shape and execute JPMorgan Chase’s privacy program. You will collaborate with senior privacy leaders and cross‑functional teams to navigate regulations and foster a culture of data protection. You will guide risk assessments, governance, training, and controls across privacy domains, delivering measurable improvements in privacy maturity. This role offers a strategic opportunity to influence privacy strategy at scale in a leading financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of projects to enhance the firm’s privacy program
• Design and implement critical programs across multiple privacy domains
• Provide guidance on privacy requirements for new initiatives
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and support oversight activities
• Draft and manage governance documentation, including policies and procedures
• Conduct privacy maturity assessments and risk evaluations
• Develop privacy controls and assist in delivering training programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the delivery of complex initiatives

Key requirements

• Experience in privacy legal, DPO or compliance role
• Ability to advise on privacy requirements for new initiatives
• Experience with data protection impact assessments (DPIA)
• Knowledge of global privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships across functions
