You will assist attendees in exploring career opportunities across clinical departments and engage with leadership during the event. You contribute to showcasing the hospital’s values and work environment, helping candidates understand how they could fit in. This is a chance to support talent recruitment for a leading private healthcare group and to highlight pathways across interventional and critical care teams.

Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and introduce them to Spire Nottingham
• Provide information on hospital services, values and working culture
• Assist with hospital tour and Q&A sessions with department leaders
• Communicate current vacancies and pathways, guiding application process
• Coordinate the event flow and liaise with leadership and clinical teams
