Responsibilities

• Lead the Marine, Cargo and Transportation division and drive growth strategy
• Collaborate with the board and senior management to deliver on sales objectives
• Build and scale the marine platform within the broker, leveraging available infrastructure and investment
• Provide leadership, mentorship and governance to the team and ensure alignment with overall business goals
• Shape product offering within the marine MGA and contribute to strategic partnerships
