In this role you join a Birmingham-based clinical negligence practice within a national firm, focusing on managing and progressing a personal caseload across serious medical injury claims. The role combines independent case management with support for high-value claims across multiple medical disciplines, contributing to the firm’s national expertise in this field. Responsibilities

• Managing your own litigated caseload with a focus on high-quality outcomes
• Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across medical disciplines
• Providing accurate, compassionate legal guidance and keeping clients well informed
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm
• Building strong working relationships and maintaining high standards of client care

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE in clinical negligence (or equivalent)
• Experience managing your own caseload and litigated matters
• Ability to work with senior colleagues on high-value claims
• Strong client-care and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams
