Creative Designer

Overview

In this role, you will craft impactful internal campaigns that champion Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace adoption within a multidisciplinary design team. You translate client needs into distinctive visual concepts aligned with brand goals, spanning video, motion, photography and graphic design. You’ll lead ideation, design assets, and on-site video shoots to produce campaign-ready content for FTSE 250 clients. This position offers the chance to shape how organisations communicate change and adopt new tools at scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a multi-capability team to drive adoption of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Copilot
• Develop and design creative internal campaigns supporting Microsoft tool adoption and modern ways of working
• Lead and participate in ideation workshops translating client requirements into campaign concepts
• Design visual assets (posters, cards, banners) aligned to branding using Adobe Creative Suite
• Plan, film and direct small-scale video shoots on client sites using in-house gear
• Edit launch and how-to videos with colour grading and audio refinement
• Capture photography to support campaigns and materials
• Share best practices and knowledge with other designers and teams

Key requirements

• 3+ years in a similar in-house or agency role
• Client-facing experience and ability to build trusted relationships
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and articulating design concepts
• Strong eye for composition, colour, pacing and visual storytelling; attention to brand consistency
• Hands-on video production experience (camera operation, lighting, audio, editing)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) with campaign-ready output
• Highly organised, good communicator, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and willingness to upskill
