Treasury Reporting Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead the accounting, reporting and governance of Treasury activities across Ricoh. You will work in a global finance team to ensure accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, and insightful reporting for key stakeholders. You’ll drive month-end close, control excellence, and support Treasury system improvements to boost efficiency. This is an opportunity to shape how Treasury informs decision-making in a sustainability‑minded, collaborative culture. You’ll partner with Tax and Finance teams and contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Treasury accounting and month-end reporting (journals, reconciliations, FX, loans, interest, derivatives)
• Prepare and review Treasury-related financial and statutory reports
• Ensure internal controls and JSOX compliance across Treasury and Finance systems
• Partner with Treasury, Tax and Finance teams to deliver accurate information
• Support internal/external audits and maintain audit-ready reporting
• Provide analysis to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Drive process improvements, standardisation and automation in Treasury reporting
• Support Treasury and wider Finance transformation projects

Key requirements

• Experience in Treasury accounting, operations, financial reporting or related finance function
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, loan accounting, FX accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with complex financial instruments, derivatives or hedge accounting (advantageous)
• Understanding of IFRS 7 and IFRS 9 or willingness to deepen knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in a SOX/JSOX controlled environment
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent (preferred)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Advanced Excel, Power BI (beneficial)
