Chartered Surveyor – Surveying Job in Watford, Hertfordshire – 50,000 – 65,000

Overview

In this role you will provide specialist advisory and consultancy to commercial clients across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, with some national travel. You will handle lease advisory, valuations and development appraisals, growing the fee income of these services. You will nurture existing relationships and win new business while working with cross-functional teams to support clients across the public and private sectors. This is a client-facing, senior position that combines technical surveying expertise with business development in a growing practice.

Pay / Benefits

• Salary 50,000–65,000 DOE
• Commission
• Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 days remote)
• RICS Fees Paid
• 25 days holiday + birthday + Christmas + bank holidays
• 45p per mile

Responsibilities

• Provide lease advisory and valuation instructions for clients
• Conduct valuations and development appraisals with due diligence for loan, acquisition and account purposes
• Develop fee income for lease advisory and valuation services
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities
• Interact with colleagues and clients at all levels with confidence
• Travel regionally (Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire) and nationally for client work
• Support senior leadership in expanding service offerings across markets

• MRICS
