Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of claimant personal injury matters
• Support on more complex and high‑value claims
• Provide strong client care and communication throughout matters
• Collaborate with a friendly, experienced Personal Injury team
• Contribute to business development or client following when possible

Key requirements

• 1–5 years’ experience in personal injury
• Roles open to Solicitors, CILEX, Chartered Legal Executives, experienced paralegals
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage own caseload with supervision
• Bonafide track record in business development or client following (advantageous)
