Overview
In this role you connect what is technically possible with mission outcomes for public sector customers, shaping strategic cloud and AI-driven solutions. You will build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and drive revenue alongside mission impact, using a working-backwards approach. You’ll create rapid prototypes and evidence-based adoption narratives that translate commercial value into public sector outcomes. Your work will span cross-border engagements and thought leadership to help customers unlock new capabilities in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Partner with public sector customers to define mission success using the working backwards methodology
- Build and iterate rapid prototypes that demonstrate value and capture repeatable proof points
- Develop evidence-based adoption narratives across sensitivity levels, adding security hardening as needed
- Map decision-makers and understand formal and informal power structures
- Cultivate key influencers to enable wider account teams to reach decision makers
- Facilitate government-to-government and private-sector-to-government conversations, including cross-border engagement
- Build and own a portfolio of strategic relationships with healthy momentum
- Increase cloud utilization by improving data workflows, cost efficiencies, and applying generative/agentic AI
- Contribute to repeatable go-to-market mechanisms to migrate workloads from on-prem/other platforms
- Share thought leadership through white papers and events, and support hackathons to accelerate external adoption
Key requirements
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience with Advanced Compute technologies (Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, IoT)
- Experience with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage)
- UK national with ability to obtain/maintain UK Government Security Clearance
- Thought leadership through speaking, writing, or hosting technical events such as hackathons
