Overview
In this role you will lead a large, multi-year residential project in North West London, from early stages through completion. You will manage on-site teams, oversee high-rise RC frame construction, and ensure delivery aligns with the client’s housing objectives and quality standards. The position sits within a reputable main contractor with a strong ethos for community impact and sustainable development. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project milestones and site safety. This is a hands-on leadership role with a meaningful, high-impact construction portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Deliver residential scheme from inception to completion on a 3-year program
- Manage and motivate full site teams and subcontractors
- Oversee RC frame/high-rise construction works and associated infrastructure
- Coordinate demolition, groundworks, and piling activities
- Ensure project milestones, quality, cost, and safety targets are met
- Maintain strong site management and liaison with client, designers, and consultants
- Promote environmental and community-focused considerations on site
Key requirements
- Proven track record delivering new build residential projects
- Experience delivering RC frame/high-rise schemes from inception through to completion
- Experience with reputable house builders
- Strong all-round construction knowledge
- Excellent man management and leadership of on-site teams
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS certificates
- Able to commute to North West London daily
