Overview

As No.1 Site Manager you will lead a large residential scheme in North West London, overseeing RC frame and traditional build components. You’ll manage the on-site team, ensure safety and quality, and drive delivery on a long-term project worth around 30m with ~35 units in this phase. The role offers career progression within a reputable housebuilder known for quality. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-standard homes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee phase of works (35 units) on a large residential scheme
• Coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors to maintain programme
• Manage safety and quality compliance on site
• Monitor progress against schedule and resolve issues to prevent delays
• Motivate and lead site team to achieve targets and maintain discipline
• Ensure RC frame and traditional build elements are integrated smoothly
• Maintain good communication with project stakeholders and client
• Ensure proper site documentation and reporting

Key requirements

• Track record with reputable housebuilder as No.1 Site Manager
• Experience with RC frame and traditional build
• Strong man-management and team leadership
• Health & Safety conscious with SMSTS
• CSCS and First Aid qualified
• Good longevity with previous employers
• Able to commute to North West London on a daily basis
