Overview

In this role you will shape Kaluza’s global B2B narrative, delivering a cohesive multi-channel communications program. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate complex energy concepts into compelling storytelling, drive PR and media engagement, and measure impact across regions. You’ll lead creative output including video and podcasts, while upskilling the content team to maintain strong brand voice and channel performance. This is a chance to elevate a tech-driven energy platform at scale and work closely with cross-functional partners to influence perception and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multi-channel communications strategy for global B2B markets
  • Lead PR agencies and campaigns to secure high-impact coverage across tech, energy, and business press
  • Translate complex energy concepts into clear storytelling for whitepapers, blogs, and press statements
  • Partner with C-suite and product leaders on thought-leadership content, executive keynotes, and media prep
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to evaluate reach, sentiment, and ROI by region
  • Guide, review, and upskill junior content creators for consistent brand voice and channel optimization
  • Oversee videography and podcast output to ensure high-quality content across external and internal channels

Key requirements

  • Proven expertise in corporate PR, and B2B content marketing within tech, energy, or complex SaaS environments
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with track record of simplifying complex systems
  • Strong network of tier-one technology and energy media; experience directing external PR agencies
  • Senior individual contributor with ability to manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
  • Data-informed approach using performance metrics to refine content strategy and media outreach
  • Excellent communication skills
