In this Real Estate Solicitor role, you will handle a varied commercial property caseload for a diverse landlord/tenant, investor, and developer client base. You’ll work within a respected commercial property team in Oxfordshire, collaborating with partners while taking ownership of matters and contributing to business development. You will deliver commercially focused advice, support client relationships, and help grow the practice through cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload (acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending, development projects)
• Provide commercially focused advice to clients
• Own and progress matters independently while collaborating with partners
• Support business development and client relationship management to grow the practice
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation through high-quality service

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial property law
• Solid grounding in landlord and tenant matters, investment work, secured lending, or development transactions
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confident in managing own caseload and building client relationships
• Interest in business development and contribution to practice success
