Overview

In this Senior role, you will deliver high-quality private capital tax services to clients, leveraging cross-border experience and a commercial mindset. You’ll work within EY’s Private Capital Transactions team, collaborating with deal specialists across private equity, infrastructure, and real estate. You’ll help win new work and maintain strong client relationships, while developing technical excellence in international tax. This fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment offers broad exposure and internal secondment opportunities to sharpen your deal advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax services to clients and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to winning new work through proactive client management and practical business focus
• Ensure technical excellence and a commercial approach in deals
• Engage in cross-border work and gain exposure to international structuring techniques
• Support clients in corporate deals, private equity, infrastructure, distressed debt, and restructuring projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Key requirements

• ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent / Law qualification
• Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically

• Knowledge of UK tax concepts and international tax concepts
• Familiarity with cross-border structuring techniques
