Overview

You will drive the creation of clean, professional corporate visuals and presentations, working within the in-house Creative Team to uphold brand identity. You’ll blend DTP and design work, primarily using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high‑standard marketing collateral. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Head Designer to meet deadlines and clarify objectives with internal clients
  • Create high-quality presentations and collateral using InDesign and PowerPoint following corporate style
  • Oversee production of presentations and documents, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Design and produce print and digital materials (brochures, banners, emails, posters, etc.)
  • Support brand rollout across marketing materials and develop new branded documents
  • Engage in ad hoc branding projects and collateral production
  • Maintain brand guidelines and train staff on best practices
  • Coordinate with external design agencies to ensure timely, high-standard delivery
  • Manage and update document templates and reports, and refine image assets in Photoshop

Key requirements

  • Minimum five years of design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising design, graphic design, digital design or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Strong presentation, typography, and communication skills
  • Experience with rebranding is beneficial
  • Flexible with demonstrable design skills
  • Experience designing for a corporate audience, ideally financial services
