Overview
In this Lead Solution Engineer role, you will drive complex Fusion-based opportunities for Healthcare and Life Sciences within the EMEA region, partnering with sales to shaped an innovative SaaS roadmap. You leverage domain knowledge to translate customer needs into Oracle Saas ERPM/SCM/HCM/CX offerings and articulate value to diverse stakeholders. You act as a trusted advisor, running workshops and events to showcase product capabilities and ROI potential. You contribute to the growth of Oracle Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications and stay current with AI-enabled features. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on solution design to shape customer journeys.

Responsibilities
- Support & drive complex opportunities as Fusion Lead Solution Engineer with domain expert support
- Leverage Health/LS knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions aligned to customer outcomes
- Ensure key business requirements and motivations are understood and addressed
- Design, present and articulate Oracle Saas ERPM/SCM/HCM/CX to various audiences
- Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor through workshops and events
- Contribute to the growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications via SE community
- Partner with sales teams across all sales stages to articulate business value
- Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve customer outcomes
- Stay up to date with Oracle Saas ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM/CX and modern demonstration techniques
- Address competitive landscape and handle objections
Key requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar role
- Experience in enterprise Healthcare and/or Life Sciences back-office transformation projects
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Saas ERPM and/or SCM with multi-pillar solution leadership
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable SaaS platforms
- Experience designing enterprise architectures based on Oracle Fusion Applications or other leading cloud platforms
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Applications with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping is a plus
- Master’s degree or equivalent is desirable
- Ability to travel within Europe and the Middle East
