Overview
In this Technical Coordinator role, you support a Technical Manager in delivering residential developments across North London and the Northern Home Counties. You will coordinate external consultants, manage construction information, and monitor development costs and progress. You’ll attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and explore value engineering to enhance show-home delivery. The position offers a vibrant team environment with clear progression opportunities and exposure to varied RC, flats, and housing projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Manager with development programme preparation
- Coordinate and drive external consultants in construction information and sales/conveyance data
- Attend site progress meetings and conduct site inspections
- Review monthly development cost schedules and align actions with the Technical Manager
- Liaise and coordinate between internal and external parties
- Respond to site queries and resolve technical/construction issues
- Review value engineering and enhancement opportunities, focusing on show home delivery
Key requirements
