Overview

As Capacity Planning Manager, you will own cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance within Amazon’s ATS network. You’ll translate data into actionable plans, drive scalable change, and lead large projects that enhance reliability, cost efficiency, and customer experience. You join a data-driven, safety-focused team that values speed and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to influence multiple transport modes and contribute to a broader transformation in last/ middle-mile operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost operational performance
• Establish and maintain operations metrics and share insights with leadership and stakeholders
• Document SOPs and promote best practices across departments and the network
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure support and resources for projects
• Independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale projects

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science or Business
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience in business analytics with proficiency in quantitative analysis using SQL, databases, and Excel in a business environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams including operations
