In this Senior Associate/Partner role, you will lead a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes while shaping the property litigation offering at a respected regional firm. You’ll supervise junior lawyers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. The position emphasizes strategic growth, client development, and strengthening relationships with agents and referrers. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property disputes including landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, dilapidations, possession claims, contractual disputes, development and boundary issues, and agricultural/rural tenancy issues
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Support strategic growth of the property litigation offering
• Strengthen relationships with clients, agents and referrers
• Collaborate with wider sector teams

Key requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
• Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Experience supervising or leading a team (desirable)
• Proactive approach to business development and relationship building
• Motivation to grow and develop the firm’s property litigation offering
• Applications welcomed from Partners or Senior Associates ready to step up
