PGIM Credit | Senior Analyst, Sustainable Investment Reporting & Strategy

Overview

In this role you will support PGIM Credit’s sustainable investment team, contributing to ESG reporting, regulatory disclosures, and client communications. You will work closely with investment, product, legal and compliance colleagues to ensure accurate SFDR disclosures and sustainability materials. You’ll help enhance ESG narratives, conduct market research, and maintain systems that underpin ESG processes. This is a chance to shape ESG communications and thought leadership within a global fixed-income platform.

Responsibilities

• Support client-facing and external communication activities for the sustainable investment team
• Prepare and maintain SFDR-related documentation and disclosures with stakeholders across functions
• Create/review sustainability reports, product documentation, stewardship reports and policy materials
• Draft ESG responses for DDQs, RFPs, consultant databases and client queries
• Improve ESG narratives used in client/ prospect communications and marketing materials
• Conduct ESG market research and competitive analysis; provide recommendations
• Contribute to ESG thought leadership ideas
• Develop and maintain systems, tools, and processes for ESG work
• Summarize key feedback from client meeting notes for the ESG team
