Security Cleared Project Managers – Central and Local Government

Overview

In this role you will lead project delivery within our Real Estate team, working directly with clients and a cross-functional group of professionals. You’ll establish processes, track progress, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders, helping to realise client objectives. The position combines client-facing delivery with rigorous governance and safety awareness, across London, Home Counties and the South East. You’ll contribute to Turner’s growth and 2025 vision by shaping projects and resolving complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
• Create and implement project plans and processes
• Monitor progress and performance indicators
• Track changes and document evolution of projects
• Prepare written project communications and formal progress reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Key requirements

• Cognate qualification (construction, real estate, planning, engineering)
• Ability to travel to London/Home Counties/South East
• Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
• Self-motivated with problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Experience with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors and end-users
• CDM/site health and safety knowledge
• Able to become Security Cleared
