In this role you will join a Bristol-based Residential Property team to manage a ready-made caseload and deliver robust conveyancing support. Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential conveyancing caseload from day one
• Provide clear client communication and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transaction progress and service delivery
• Drive high-quality, timely conveyancing outcomes and support colleagues as needed

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Lawyer with 2+ years PQE
• Strong expertise and hands-on experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Ability to manage an established portfolio of clients from day one
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
