Senior Manager, Solution Architect – Kinaxis/Anaplan, Supply Chain Transformation

Overview

In this senior role, you will drive the design and delivery of advanced supply chain planning solutions for clients, shaping the technical vision and guiding implementations. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with clients as a trusted advisor, and contribute to pre-sales and market-facing efforts. The work sits at the intersection of strategy, process design, and technology enablement within Deloitte’s Supply Chain Planning & Fulfilment practice. You will operate in a hybrid London/Bristol/Manchester setup and influence measurable client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of sophisticated supply chain planning solutions, translating business needs into scalable technical designs
• Guide technical teams through the implementation lifecycle to deliver value and high standards
• Act as a technical visionary, communicating complex concepts clearly and advising on best practices for optimisation
• Foster team growth and share knowledge to expand the practice’s capabilities
• Articulate compelling technical perspectives to clients to secure engagement
• Lead pre-sales activities, contribute to proposals, and identify opportunities to expand impact

Key requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a solution architect with implementation experience of Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. Anaplan, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)
• Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams including client and internal members
• Experience in process design and application architecture for supply chain planning
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies to evolving client needs
• Comfort working in diverse, hybrid teams
• Professional working proficiency in English
