Surveyor/Associate – Leisure & Trade – Valuations

Overview

In this role you contribute to leisure and trade valuations across the UK, supporting both single assets and portfolios. You will work with lenders, investors and operators, delivering accurate valuation advice within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team. You help shape client-facing insights while collaborating across disciplines to add value on complex estate types. Responsibilities

• perform leisure and trade valuations across diverse asset types and UK-wide transactions
• provide accurate valuation advice to clients, including lenders, investors and operators
• support both single asset and portfolio valuation assignments
• collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver comprehensive advisory services
• build and maintain rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
• maintain high attention to detail and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• travel as required to engage with clients and properties
