Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of English family law matters
• Advise on financial remedy, divorce and child cases
• Handle complex cross-border family law instructions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Deliver high levels of client service and technical expertise
• Assist with business development and profile-raising activities
• Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• English or dual qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
• Strong experience in family law including financial and child matters
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware and client-focused
• Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
• Team player with collaborative approach
• Ambitious and motivated to develop career within a leading practice
