Overview

In this role, you support the delivery of exceptional client service across a global portfolio within Corpay’s Corporate Payments division in London. You’ll manage onboarding, ongoing account maintenance, and payment-related operations while ensuring regulatory compliance. You collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Front Office, and banking partners to maintain service excellence. You will contribute to process improvements and uphold KYC/AML standards in a fast-paced environment. This position offers hands-on training, a collaborative culture, and clear opportunities to shape client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients from onboarding through ongoing account management
  • Deliver a high-touch service experience across a global portfolio
  • Process client reviews and meet Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and clients
  • Collaborate with Front Office teams to support retention and satisfaction
  • Investigate and resolve client and internal queries promptly
  • Identify opportunities to improve servicing and operational efficiencies
  • Participate in business and operational projects with clear requirements
  • Monitor adherence to processes and regulatory requirements
  • Support KYC and AML activities and maintain accurate client records
  • Deliver work accurately while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence

Key requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a client-facing, client services, operations, onboarding, or KYC-related role
  • Knowledge of KYC and AML documentation requirements
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with holistic decision-making
  • Proactive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in financial services, payments, FX, fintech, or alternative investments (advantageous)
