Senior Consultant – Project Controls & Performance

You will help clients set up and optimise PMO and controls functions across major infrastructure programmes, delivering transformation with data-driven insights. Responsibilities

• Assess client environments to identify challenges and design fit-for-purpose solutions
• Develop and optimise PMO and controls & performance strategies and setups
• Prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations across project engagements
• Lead or contribute to workshops with senior client representatives (C-suite)
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams on client sites and remotely
• Tailor established methodologies and tools to client contexts while contributing to continuous improvement
• Support business development activities including bids, proposals and client campaigns
• Identify and progress opportunities for business generation and marketing support (employee advocacy)

Key requirements

• Experience in PMO/controls & performance environments within infrastructure (schedules, cost, risk, change, reporting)
• Experience on major capital projects or programmes in the infrastructure sector
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and engage with C-suite executives
• Computer literacy with Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams; familiarity with Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI or similar
• Understanding of target operating models and organisational design in capital delivery or PMO contexts
• APM, PMI or equivalent certification or experience advantageous
