Responsibilities

• lead on-site delivery across multiple phases of a luxury residential development
• coordinate internal works from 1st fix to handover and manage external works
• ensure quality, safety, and programme adherence across trades
• drive problem solving and site leadership to hit critical milestones
• maintain strong communication with stakeholders and subcontractors
• support handovers and close-out activities for units
• embed best practices for build quality and site logistics
• adapt to evolving project phases and maintain site discipline

Key requirements

• experience working for a residential developer on medium-large scale projects
• strong knowledge of internal works processes from 1st fix through handover
• trade background advantageous
• CSCS Black Card (Desirable)
• SMSTS
• First Aid certificate
