Overview

In this role you shape operating models and drive transformation for diverse clients in consumer, ERI, and TMT sectors. You’ll blend business design, process engineering and data-driven insight to identify innovations and cost saving opportunities. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into executable roadmaps, leveraging emerging tech and AI to improve performance. Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of operating models and identify areas for innovation
• Assess processes to quantify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Develop business cases and lead data synthesis, modelling, and cost-saving initiatives with senior clients
• Analyse large qualitative and quantitative data to shape insights and recommendations
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches to shape strategy, roadmaps and transformation
• Manage relationships across varied stakeholder groups and lead small project teams

Key requirements

• Knowledge of industry dynamics across several sectors (e.g., Consumer, Energy, Telecom, Technology)
• Experience with AI/Automation to speed up processes or optimize ways of working
• Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans
• Strategic and operational capabilities balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, data visualisation (PowerBi/Tableau), low-code platforms (PowerApps), and process modelling tools (Signavio)
• Previous consulting experience or equivalent in-house
• Operational exposure in a private sector organisation demonstrating an understanding of operating models
• Degree-level education or equivalent
