Overview
In this role you lead a major ERP transformation for government functions, focusing on Finance, HR, and Commercial areas. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure governance and compliance, and deliver a on-time, within-scope programme that modernizes systems and processes. You’ll work with senior leaders to secure business cases, manage risks and budgets, and embed new capabilities through change and readiness activities. This role offers high impact in a critical transformation with a strong governance framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ERP programme across Finance, HR, and IT projects
- Build and sustain a high-performing delivery team
- Finalize and secure approval for the Final Business Cases
- Develop and oversee development, testing, change, and operational readiness plans
- Engage stakeholders and communicate progress to senior leadership
- Manage risks, budget, and programme dependencies
- Ensure compliance with government standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Key requirements
- Proven success in managing large transformation programmes
- Experience with ERP systems (Desirable: Workday)
- Finance and HR modernization experience
