Overview

In this on-site role you will support a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a large, 45m mixed-use development in North West London. You’ll contribute to the project’s commercial management while working closely with the on-site team. The role is a strong fit for someone with a proven track record with reputable main contractors on commercial schemes. This is an opportunity to shape on-site delivery across a high-profile multi-use facility.

• salary 50,000 – 55,000 + package

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Quantity Surveyor on-site with commercial delivery
• Assist with cost control and reporting for a large mixed-use development
• Contribute to procurement, subcontract management, and on-site précis for financials
• Coordinate with on-site team to ensure commercial targets are met
• Be the on-site number two to the Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Maintain project documentation and cost records for auditability

Key requirements

• Track record with a reputable main contractor
• Experience on a range of commercial projects
• Experience on large mixed-use developments is ideal
• Strong commercial skills and knowledge
• Willing to work as No.2 to a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Able to commute to North West London
