Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters (sales and purchases)
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions
• Work with new build properties and shared ownership matters
• Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong client communications
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a technology-enabled practice

Key requirements

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancing Executive
• Proven ability to manage own caseload confidently
• Strong experience in freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
