Quality Systems Manager

As Quality Systems Manager you will own and continually evolve the Business Management System, ensuring ISO compliance and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Lead the management, maintenance and continual improvement of the Business Management System
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Develop and deliver internal audit programme across multiple functions
• Produce audit reports and manage corrective actions through to completion
• Support external certification and surveillance audits
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement continuous improvement
• Monitor quality performance, compliance metrics and business risks
• Coach and support operational teams on quality systems and governance
• Promote a culture of quality, safety and continual improvement across the business
• Support document control and management system development

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in engineering or quality-related discipline
• IRCA Lead Auditor qualification
• Minimum five years’ experience in Quality Management/Systems
• Extensive experience auditing ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Experience in highly regulated engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing or energy sectors
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, document control and governance
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement
