Senior Finance Analyst

Overview

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with multiple departments to own budgeting and forecasting, and to improve forecasting accuracy. You will translate the company’s growth plans into measurable P&L targets and performance metrics. You will develop business cases and carry out financial analysis to support strategic decisions. This role sits in a growth-focused finance function, reporting to the Finance Director, in a central London office. You will shape insights that drive value across the business.

Responsibilities

• own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• develop methodologies to improve forecasting accuracy
• analyze cost drivers and trends to set realistic P&L targets
• prepare detailed business cases and financial analyses for strategic decisions
• act as a finance business partner to various departments

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• native-level French proficiency
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• excellent written and verbal communication
