• align work with main contractor standards and client requirements

Key requirements

• experience on refurbishment or fit-out projects in healthcare or live services
• experience as the number 1 on-site manager
• experience with a well-established main contractor
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Temporary works
• trade background is preferential but not essential
