Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer 4+ (FULL/PART TIME)

Overview

As a Non-contentious Construction Lawyer, you will support public sector and private clients across health, local government, emergency services, and social housing sectors. You will handle NEC and JCT contract drafting, negotiation and advisory work, and contribute to market-leading PFI/Projects/Infrastructure matters. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving business development to win new work. You will operate in a dynamic legal environment where precise contract expertise and stakeholder communication are essential. Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on NEC and JCT contract documents
• Involvement in market-leading matters in PFI/Projects/Infrastructure
• Support for both public sector and private sector clients (health, local government, emergency services, social housing)
• Engage in business development activities to secure new work

Key requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in non-contentious construction law
• Proven drafting, negotiation and advisory skills on NEC and JCT contracts
• Experience with PFI/Projects/Infrastructure is highly desirable
