Overview
In this role you will support a leading Jersey-based litigation practice across commercial disputes, restructuring and insolvency. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners to deliver technically sound advice to institutional and fiduciary clients, strengthening the firm’s offshore litigation capability. The position offers international exposure and Jersey work-permit sponsorship for the successful candidate. Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters for diverse clients
- Support senior lawyers and partners in delivering high-quality legal advice
- Provide excellent client services and practical solutions in cross-jurisdictional disputes
- Collaborate with a large offshore team across multiple jurisdictions
- Contribute to a robust offshore litigation practice with fiduciary clients
Key requirements
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience
- Strong litigation background from a reputable law firm
- Common-law qualified lawyer
- Excellent academic record
