Overview

In this role you are the strategic quarterback for a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them from deployment to ongoing value realization. You build trusted partnerships with executive sponsors, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive measurable outcomes using the CloudBees platform. You speak fluently with engineering leaders and steer adoption and expansion. This hybrid London-based position covers the EMEA region and offers high-impact, cross-team collaboration in a growing software governance business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business outcomes and adoption roadmaps with executive stakeholders
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and align CloudBees capabilities with client priorities
  • Map relationships across customer leadership and cultivate new champions
  • Maintain and monitor account health and success plans, mobilizing internal resources
  • Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales for growth and risk management
  • Coordinate with Professional Services, Support, and Field CTOs for complex implementations
  • Maintain domain fluency in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and agentic coding to discuss with engineering leaders

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Client Account Management, or Strategic Account Management in enterprise SaaS or IT consulting
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, conducting EBRs, and driving adoption programs
  • High technical aptitude enabling fluent discussions with Engineering Leaders
  • Strong project management, strategic thinking, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience with organizational change management and driving developer adoption
  • Customer advocacy and ability to convert champions into references or CAB participants
