Overview

In this Development Engineer role you support delivering high-quality residential schemes from land acquisition through to site delivery. You’ll work within a dynamic technical team to resolve infrastructure challenges and ensure designs meet approvals and regulatory requirements. The position offers a clear path to influence Midlands housing development and scale technical solutions across projects. You will collaborate with planners, consultants and authorities to drive successful outcomes.

Key requirements

• Residential engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of UK regulations (NHBC, Building Regs, etc.)
• Skilled in AutoCAD + drainage/highway design software
