You will manage information requests with clear deadlines and help prepare for new product launches. You will also contribute to business continuity by prioritising tasks and providing reliable back-up support. Responsibilities

• Provide validated, high-quality responses to requests from healthcare professionals, patients and consumers
• Conduct periodic scientific monitoring of ingredients, components and pathophysiology
• Develop and maintain a up-to-date knowledge base with literature, recommendations and expert opinions
• Manage information requests from clients with adherence to deadlines and documentation standards
• Prepare standardised answers for new product launches and feedback incorporation
• Support business continuity with back-up coverage and task prioritisation
