Construction Planner – Residential – London

Overview

In this role you will develop and maintain detailed construction programmes for complex mixed-use residential projects in London, ensuring alignment with design, procurement and construction activity. You will work closely with project managers, site teams and consultants in a fast-paced, office-based environment with regular site visits. Your focus is on keeping programmes realistic, coordinated and on track to meet key milestones. This is an opportunity to influence delivery on multiple live projects and help drive efficient, sustainable construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update construction programmes from pre-construction through project completion.
• Track progress, identify delays or risks, and produce progress reports for management.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors to align programmes with site operations.
• Identify risks, perform critical path analysis, and support mitigation to protect milestones.
• Provide planning input across multiple projects, including tender planning and project recovery as needed.

Key requirements

• Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
• 4+ years of experience in a similar construction planning role
• Based within a commutable distance of London
