Overview

As Assistant Director in EY-Parthenon’s Operational Due Diligence team, you drive value creation for clients through structuring and delivering strategic analyses. You’ll support origination, craft pitches, and lead delivery with senior stakeholders, balancing speed and insight. You will contribute to practice development and help nurture the team in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. This role offers exposure to diverse sectors and the chance to influence major due diligence and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Support business origination through pitches and client presentations to win work
• Lead project delivery with senior client stakeholders within tight timeframes
• Advise clients across sectors on developing and executing value-creating strategies
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and team culture
• Support recruitment and training activities for the team

Key requirements

• Professional services / consulting background
• Experience in transactions: due diligence, carve-out, or integrations
• Deep understanding of core operational functions
• Strong analytical skills linking operations to financial statements
• Ability to produce and review high-quality reports and presentations
• Experience building relationships with senior clients and influencing decisions
• Experience supporting sales and business development in a large-scale consulting context
• Track record of delivering projects with teams and vendors
