Regulatory Data Analyst

Overview

In this role you support CIS within the Operational Governance function to deliver CASS and Consumer Duty compliant outcomes. You will advise business units, shape improvements, and collaborate across MI, policy management, and training to strengthen regulatory excellence. You’ll produce MI for governance forums and maintain CASS and Consumer Duty policies and the CASS Resolution Pack, while helping to raise regulatory awareness across the business. Responsibilities

• Produce MI for governance forums (e.g., CASSFORM, Conduct Risk & Consumer Duty Forum) and other committees
• Review and implement efficient MI creation processes using available resources
• Advise CIS stakeholders on procedural and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with central training to design and deliver e-learning and classroom training
• Support external audit activities coordination
• Maintain CASS Assurance Mapping to reflect current controls and processes
• Conduct monthly reviews of the CASS Resolution Pack for accuracy and compliance
• Oversee de-migration activities to ensure compliant execution

Key requirements

• Strong grounding in FCA regulations with hands-on CASS and Conduct Risk experience
• Ability to analyse data and produce high-quality MI for governance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities and drive improvement
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills
