Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction dispute work including adjudication, litigation, and ADR
- Advise on strategy and advise directly to clients and internal teams
- Handle disputes across payment, delays, defects, and professional negligence
- Work with JCT/NEC contracts and professional appointments
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial and Planning teams
- Support on energy and renewables-related projects and claims
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Key requirements
- Experience in running construction disputes and familiarity with adjudication and court litigation
- Strong communication skills and commercial, pragmatic approach
- Ability to manage complex matters and work under pressure
- Experience with JCT/NEC contracts and professional appointments
- Track record in adjudications, arbitrations and expert determinations
