Overview
As Analytics Manager for Financial Experiences, you will lead analytics for the FeX pillar and coach a small team of analytics engineers and product analysts. You will shape how we measure value, build data foundations, and provide self-serve insights to inform roadmap priorities. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to ensure trustworthy instrumentation and scalable analytics, delivering dashboards and data products for fast, data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of analytics engineers and product analysts
- Own the analytics roadmap for FeX across measurement, pricing, billing, and funds management
- Define measurement frameworks, north-star metrics, and KPIs to show merchant and company value
- Ensure correct instrumenting and trustworthy data in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Deliver self-serve data products, dashboards, and analyses for monitoring and improvement opportunities
- Embed data-driven decision-making into discovery, prioritization, launch measurement, and ongoing development
Key requirements
- Experience leading analytics, product analytics, and/or analytics engineering in a product-led environment
- Proven ability to build descriptive measurement and deliver insights to evaluate product performance
- Experience delivering data products and self-serve analytics at scale
- Strong analytical problem-solving to translate questions into data-informed recommendations
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to align priorities
- Technical foundation in analytics engineering, DBT, cloud data warehouses, and data pipeline orchestration
- Experience in payments/fintech or related financial domains (preferred)
