Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions (M&A, private equity, venture capital, cross‑border projects, joint ventures, restructures)
• Own major client relationships and provide strategic direction for the team
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues to support professional growth
• Collaborate with Partners to deliver high‑quality work for national and international clients

Key requirements

• 5-7 years’ PQE in a respected regional or City corporate practice
